This division positions Shayishe Resources as a direct participant in the agro-industrial value chain — not merely as an advisor, but as a producer of value-added, nutritious food products for Zimbabwean and regional markets. It is currently in development.

Healthy Foods

Nutritious, minimally processed food products targeting the health-conscious urban African consumer and institutional nutrition programmes.

SADC Export

Export-ready products aligned to SADC trade frameworks and growing regional demand for Zimbabwean agro-products.

Applying WCM and Lean principles from day one — 5S, TPM, OEE tracking, SPC quality controls and competency-based operator certification — so the plant operates to best-in-class efficiency standards from first production, and every efficiency gain doubles as a live demonstration of our consulting capability.
